Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Society": Kefaa Youth Development Society, a registered non-profit community society in AlUla Governorate, Saudi Arabia.
• "Platform": the website www.kefaa.store and all its pages and services.
• "User" or "Contributor": anyone who browses the platform, or contributes to an initiative.
• "Initiative": a specific youth project presented by the Society on the platform that requires support to be implemented.

2. Nature of the platform

The platform is not a commercial store. Its purpose is to enable individuals and organizations to contribute to youth development initiatives.

All contributions are used in accordance with the Society's approved objectives and bylaws, under the supervision of the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.

3. Eligibility

Contributors must be at least 18 years old or use the platform under a guardian's supervision. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when contributing.

4. Contributions & payments

Payments are processed through licensed payment providers in Saudi Arabia. The Society does not store card details on its servers.

A contribution is final once confirmed, unless the Contributions Policy states otherwise (see "Contributions & Refund Policy").

The Society reserves the right to direct any surplus from a fully funded initiative to another initiative with a similar objective, notifying contributors where possible.

6. Acceptable use

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Saudi regulations.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform's systems or data.
• Enter misleading information or impersonate others.
• Copy or use the platform's content or the Society's logo without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform — including the logo, texts, images, and designs — is owned by or licensed to the Society and protected under intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

The Society strives to ensure information accuracy and service continuity, without guaranteeing that the platform is free of interruptions or errors. The Society is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

The Society may update these terms at any time; the version published on the platform applies from its publication date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
